1. First check our Availability Calendar and Rates, and decide when you would like to visit.
2. Then contact us and request a reservation. Please let us know how you like to make your payments. We accept Paypal and credit cards. If you require alternate contact arrangements, please contact us.
3. After making a reservation with us, we will send you a booking agreement form which will include dates, rates and the Terms & Conditions.
4. Please return this form signed by the leader of your group (must be 21 or older) within 48 hours along with a $300 non-refundable deposit. If this is not received within that time the reservation will automatically be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made.
5. Once the the booking agreement form and deposit have been received, the contract is considered to be in place and binding.
6. Should the calendar show no availability at the time you wish to book, please check out our sister villas, The Retreat by the Lake and The Reserve at Orange Tree. We may also be able to provide you with the names of other reputable locations.

Our Terms and Conditions below outlines the general terms and conditions that apply to guests staying at the retreat. The contents will form part of any booking agreement for The Lake House.
